Yes! Most of our tours include complimentary pickup from hotels in Rovaniemi city center and nearby areas. Simply provide your accommodation details when booking, and we will confirm the pickup time.

We provide thermal overalls, boots, gloves, and hats for all winter activities. We recommend wearing thermal base layers (wool or synthetic), warm socks, and bringing a neck warmer. Avoid cotton as it retains moisture.

Many of our tours are family-friendly! Age requirements vary by activity - for example, children can ride in husky sleds from age 4, while snowmobile driving requires a minimum age of 15 (passengers from age 4). Check each tour for specific requirements.

Yes. During the tour, your guide will capture high-quality professional photos of both the Northern Lights and your experience throughout the night.

All edited photos are uploaded to a secure cloud folder and shared with you within 72 hours, allowing you to easily download and keep your Arctic memories.

We recommend thermal base layers, a warm sweater, a winter jacket, and gloves, electric socks and gloves add extra comfort.

Tours usually start between 6–7 PM. In winter, due to early darkness and clouds, tours may rarely start as early as 4–5 PM. Pickup depends on your location. If an earlier start is required, we notify you one day before. Normally, pickup details are emailed one day in advance.

The tour includes seasonal hot drinks and snacks.

Yes, if your train or flight arrives at least 4–5 hours before the tour. Please note we cannot refund delays caused by train or flight schedules.

If conditions are not favorable, we may recommend rescheduling to another night in order to maximize your chances of seeing the Northern Lights. Our goal is not just to run the tour, but to offer the best possible experience and viewing opportunity.

While general space-weather trends can be observed several days in advance using sources such as NASA solar activity data, forecasts beyond 2–3 days typically have limited reliability and should be considered indicative rather than definitive.

The most accurate predictions become possible when solar wind and geomagnetic disturbances are detected by space-based monitoring satellites positioned between the Sun and Earth. Once these solar storms are measured in real time, we can estimate aurora intensity and arrival with much higher confidence — often within approximately one hour.

In addition to satellite data, we continuously monitor cloud coverage, local weather patterns, geomagnetic activity (KP index), and regional conditions across Lapland and neighboring areas. Our tours are primarily conducted in English. However, our guides can also assist in basic Turkish. If you require specific language support, please let us know in advance when booking.
