By accessing or using the Lapin Taivas website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Lapin Taivas provides guided tours and experiences in Finnish Lapland, including but not limited to:

• Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis) tours
• Husky safari experiences
• Reindeer encounters
• Snowmobile adventures
• Other Arctic experiences

Tour availability, duration, and activities may vary based on weather conditions and seasonal factors.

Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

Pricing: All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the quoted price.

Group Bookings: Special terms may apply for group bookings. Please contact us for more information.

Customer Cancellation:

• More than 48 hours before tour: Full refund
• 24-48 hours before tour: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund

Weather-Related Cancellation: If a tour is cancelled due to severe weather conditions or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

No-Show: Failure to appear for a booked tour without prior notice will result in no refund.

Health and Fitness: Some tours require a certain level of physical fitness. Please review tour descriptions carefully and inform us of any health conditions or disabilities.

Age Restrictions: Minimum age requirements vary by tour. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Conduct: Participants must follow guide instructions and behave responsibly. We reserve the right to exclude participants who endanger themselves or others.

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, participation in outdoor activities involves inherent risks. By booking with us, you acknowledge these risks and agree that:

• Lapin Taivas is not liable for injuries or accidents resulting from participant negligence or failure to follow instructions
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings
• Natural phenomena (including Northern Lights) cannot be guaranteed
• We recommend travel insurance for all participants

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Lapin Taivas and is protected by copyright laws.

Photos and videos taken during tours by our staff may be used for marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Finnish courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
