- Guests are welcome to bring a small bottle of water for personal use during the tour.
- Operations may be canceled by 15:00 if weather and cloud cover prevent a proper aurora search.
- Please use restroom facilities before departure, as the tour can last several hours. Warm winter clothing is strongly recommended.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time are eligible for a 100% refund.
If the tour is cancelled by us due to unsuitable weather or safety conditions before departure, you will receive a 100% refund.
If the tour operates but the Northern Lights are not seen, we offer a %75 refund of the tour price, retained to cover fuel, guide and operational costs.
