• The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon – no guaranteed sightings or refunds.
• Rebooking may be offered when possible but is not guaranteed.
• We believe in honest, high-quality service over unrealistic promises.
• If there’s a chance to see the lights, we go – no filler tours!
• Your time matters. We offer genuine, meaningful experiences.

3. Dress Warmly

• Wear insulated, waterproof, and layered clothing.
• Bring gloves, hat, thermal socks, and proper winter boots.

4. Be On Time

• Please arrive on time at the meeting point.
• No refunds for missed departures due to lateness.

5. Respect the Arctic Environment

• Nature is our host – help keep it clean.
• Do not litter and follow marked paths when required.

As part of the tour, our team may take photos/videos for promotional use (website, social media, brochures). By joining the tour, you agree to:

• You may appear in Lapin Taivas content.
• Media is handled respectfully and never sold/shared externally.
• If you don’t wish to appear, notify us in writing before the tour begins.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the tour to be eligible for a full refund.

Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as we begin preparations and logistics well ahead of time.

We offer pickup and drop-off service from your accommodation within a 15 km radius of Rovaniemi city center.

For locations beyond 15 km, additional charges apply:

• Up to 25 km: €50 extra
• Up to 50 km: €100 extra

Professional photos taken during the tour will be uploaded to a secure cloud folder within 72 hours after the tour.

Your guide will share a QR code with you during the tour so you can easily access and download your photos.

Our vehicles are equipped with Wi-Fi and charging ports for your convenience during the journey.

Our tours generally start at 7:00 PM, but the exact departure time may vary depending on weather and solar activity.

You will be informed of any time adjustments at least one day in advance.

We recommend being ready 1–2 hours earlier, just in case conditions allow for an early start.

We venture deep into remote areas to find the best Northern Lights viewing spots.

There are no public restrooms or restaurants available during the tour.

In case of need, we may have to rely on nature as our restroom.
