Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.
If the Service Provider cancels a tour due to unsafe weather, force majeure, or other valid reasons, the Customer will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Refunds are processed without undue delay and usually within 5–14 business days, depending on the Customer’s bank or payment provider.

Please be aware that Northern Lights tours can extend beyond the planned duration as we search for the best sightings, often under very cold weather conditions.
For safety and operational reasons, mid-tour returns are not possible, and refunds cannot be provided if you choose to leave early.
We kindly recommend that families with babies, young children, and elderly guests carefully consider these conditions before joining.
