If the Service Provider cancels a tour due to unsafe weather, force majeure, or other valid reasons, the Customer will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

the planned duration as we search for the best sightings, often under very cold
weather conditions.
For safety and operational reasons, mid-tour returns are not
possible, and refunds cannot be provided if you choose to leave early.

children, and elderly guests carefully consider these conditions before
