tour start time will be refunded in full.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the
tour start time are non-refundable.
If the Service Provider cancels a tour due to
unsafe weather, force majeure, or other valid reasons, the Customer will
receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Refunds are processed without undue delay and
usually within 5–14 business days, depending on the Customer’s bank or payment
provider.
